The process for submitting your abstract and presentation is now easier than ever.
To submit your abstract, browse to the eAbstractSubmission Website and follow the simple steps to complete your submission. Please note that the abstracts will be reviewed and you will be notified via email whether ot not yours has been accepted as presentation.
If your abstract has been accepted as presentation, you will receive an email with all the information on how to create and submit it, along with your unique submission code. Browse to the ePosterSubmission Website and follow the simple steps to complete your submission.

The abstract submission deadline is May 3rd, 2023, at 11.59 p.m. (EDT) and presentation submission deadline is May 9th, 2023, at 11.59 p.m. (EDT).
